n regards to today's Jobs report---I agree with former GE CEO Jack Welch, Chicago style politics is at work here...

We all want the suffering of the American people from this rampant scourge of unemployment to end. However, today's jobs report is confusing to say the least. Previous months numbers have been revised and yet the workforce participation rate remains at a 30 year low. The unemployment rate drops to 7.8 percent, that is where it was in January 2009 when the President took office. But the U6 computation of unemployed, underemployed, and discouraged Americans remains the same at 14.7 percent.

I agree with former GE CEO Jack Welch, Chicago style politics is at work here. Somehow by manipulation of data we are all of a sudden below 8 percent unemployment, a month from the Presidential election. This is Orwellian to say the least and representative of Saul Alinsky tactics from the book "Rules for Radicals"- a must read for all who want to know how the left strategize . Trust the Obama administration? Sure, and the spontaneous reaction to a video caused the death of our Ambassador......and pigs fly.

Does he need to if West & others will carry this water for him? Let the other top GOP people push this conspiracy so Romney can stay clear of it and focus on kicking Obama's arse again in 2 weeks.

Because he already has the votes of everyone who wants him to talk this way.

Baghdad Bobbette offers her rebuttal

quote:

"At his Virginia event today, Mitt Romney talked down the economic progress we're making, but the truth is that businesses have added 5.2 million jobs over the past two and a half years, and the unemployment rate is now at its lowest levels since January 2009. Romney won't tell the truth because he knows his plans would pummel the middle class, taking us back to the same failed policies that caused the collapse and record job losses in the first place. In fact, independent economists say his plans would not create jobs, could slow the recovery, and could actually cost us two million jobs over the next two years. The American people want to move forward, not back."-Lis Smith, campaign spokeswoman

Desperation and paranoia. When the mind is empty, it will fill up with conspiracy.

Welch will "clarify" that remark, I'm sure.

By the way, he's old and crazy. Have you seen him lately?

HAHAHAHAHA please explain how we had the largest unemployment jump in 29 years?

How did every single economist get it so wrong. They all got the estimated number of jobs correct, but all were expecting going up to 8.2

Pure and simple, buddy. Because he needs the votes of idiots to gain power. It'll have to suffice that Mitt BELIEVES THIS WAY, and will reflect it in his policy.

Whatever it takes, to get this bunch out of power. West knows this, and prefers the 'easy' way. Of course, given that bar speech that put him on the political map...if need be, the folk will rise up and defend their God-given rights by the barell of a gun. Like they did at the founding, and all through the last century.

Serious stuff, West knows it. Thank God for men like him.

This is such an incredibly blatant distortion of the truth and, even worse, incredibly easy to discover for anyone paying attention.

I'm honestly amazed with audacity of the democrats.

CNBC is the big loser, here. They've been close to going full ODS. Today, they went nuts.

I admire this man. I don't think I have EVER seen a politician as strong as he is and not afraid to say exactly what he believes.
