These hospitals were widely known as some of the best training grounds in the US.  on 10/4 at 4:22 pmThe plan includes the following reductions: -LSU Interim Hospital in New Orleans: $49.1 million, 423 jobs cut. -Earl K. Long Medical Center in Baton Rouge: $38.7 million, 341 jobs cut. -W.O. Moss Regional Medical Center in Lake Charles: $10.9 million, 64 jobs cut. -Leonard J. Chabert Medical Center in Houma: $14.4 million, 245 jobs cut. -Lallie Kemp Regional Medical Center in Independence: $5.2 million, 95 jobs cut. -University Medical Center in Lafayette: $22.4 million, 173 jobs cut. -Bogalusa Medical Center: $11.1 million, 146 jobs cut.
