Washed Out is another one. But it is probably less of a rock band than is Foster The People.

And I like Foster The People better. Saw them live. They're incredible. There wasn't a weak song.

Titus Andronicus is great, but The Airing of Grievances came out in '08.

I could get behind Surfer Blood though. Astro Coast was damn good.
