Oh, but this is a family physician.... Obviously falsified quote: LINK Btw, I wonder if the Special Prosecutor had this info beforehand??? This post was edited on 5/15 at 6:02 pm Reply Back to Top |
| I refuse to pull for Zimmerman or Trayvon's side as if I am pulling for a team I want to win. Only two people know what happened that night, and one is dead. We owe it to Trayvon, his family, and Zimmerman to at let the system work and get to the bottom of the facts. That boy was murdered in cold blood, or Zimmerman was actually threatened and defended himself. Let us not lynch someone in public through the media (either Zimmerman or Martin). | This whole event has been one big clown show. Reply Back to Top |
| Obviously butted Trayvon in the face with the bridge of his nose when he ran him down. Then he did a reverse-spin-head-butt several times to Martin to silence him, prior to the gunshot. I'm sure evidence of devastation to TM's face on autopsy will demonstrate evidence of the attack. Reply Back to Top |
quote: This. There are lots of people on this board rooting for it both ways and it's pretty sick. Reply Back to Top |
quote: You can thank the likes of ABC, NBC, Jesse Jackson, Al Sharpton, Eric Holder, Obama, and various other left wing outlets for that... And FTR, when the story first broke, I thought Zimmermann was stone cold guilty, but as the lies and misrepresentations begin to fall apart, it is looking more and more like he is innocent. quote: This blaming is not helpful. See, you are still putting it in terms of "Us vs Them" when the reality is that one, perhaps two lives are ruined, and that is not counting the families. We all need to act like adults and not jump to conclusions. Blaming "Left Wing" people, and likewise blaming "gun nuts" is not going to help. Reply Back to Top |
quote: Im just telling you why people out there are rooting for Zimmermann. I'm not rooting for Zimmermann, I've said on here multiple times that it needs to play out in the courts. Reply Back to Top |
quote: There are plenty of other plausible outcomes... Reply Back to Top |
quote: Yep - I have pretty much done a complete 180 on this one. I do remember the LWers on here ragging on Fox for 'only' mentioning it ONE time - while all the "good" news sources were running with it wall to wall. Reply Back to Top |
| Well, the prosecutor in this case just sent a woman away for 20 years for firing a warning shot at her abusive husband who was threatening to kill her. She tried to use stand your ground. That does not bode well for Zimmerman. Reply Back to Top |
quote: Actually, I AM rooting for Zimmermann and here's why. First, I don't want him to 'get away' with anything - I jjust don't think he murdered anyone, nor did he do anything any one of us would not have done in a similar situation. Of course if evidence shows he was culpable in any way, then I want him to get all the law provides for. But I do not want him sacrificed in the sense of 'fairness' - just because TM is dead, we don't have to take GZs life away from him to get even. I can see no reason that anyone outside of TMs immediate family would want GZ to be found guilty of anything. Why not hope for the best outcome and put this whole thing behind us? So - I am pulling for the evidence to show total innocence. I really don't give a shite about anyone else's 'feelings' - outside the parents. Nothing will comfort them. Reply Back to Top |

| I want zimmerman to be innocent for two reasons 1) I don't want an innocent man to have died 2) I want the media to be held accountable for their corrupt actions in there reporting. Reply Back to Top |
| The a-holes that made this a national, racial issue are rooting against Zimmerman. I'm rooting against them. So I hope the evidence shows he's not guilty. If he is, then he is. Reply Back to Top |
quote: So the facts of the two cases are identical, are they even similar? Reply Back to Top |
quote: no. I don't think GZ would be guilty in any state if the facts are how he says they occurred. Reply Back to Top |
quote: Yep. Maybe Trayvon felt threatened by the fact that some dude was following him and confronted him and it snowballed from there. Reply Back to Top |

Yes, if we were on the jury or in the media we would be responsible to let it play out and not formulate opinions, but we aren't!! We are on a stinking message board! And people come to message boards to state opinions!!!! There, I had to get that out of my system. Carry on! This post was edited on 5/15 at 9:12 pm Reply Back to Top |
