| Which Pitcher to drop? Posted by herbstreit4 Im in a big money NL only 12 person league. Its a keeper League where you can protect up to 15 of your roster spots for 3 years. Here is what I have going on right now. I have to activate Tim Hudson into my starting lineup this week. I have to drop one of my existing Starters to make room. Below is a list of who I have and what their price was during auction bidding. Homer Bailey at $1 AJ Burnett at $7 Randell Delgado at $8 Ross Detwiler at $1 Z Greinke at $26 Clayton Kershaw at $39 Jon Neise at $9 Wandy Rodriguez at $11 I am leaning Burnett right now but wanted to see what the TD faithful thought first Reply Back to Top |

| I'd drop Homer Bailey Reply Back to Top |
quote: Both. But, if I had to choose just one, i'd drop Burnett and save myself $6. Profit. Reply Back to Top |

| Homer Bailey, jon niese or Delgado Reply Back to Top |
quote: One of these 3 and I lean towards Burnett only because I assume you have Ws as a category and his team won't support him and he's also going to have blow up games. Reply Back to Top |

Posted by Rohan2Reed on 5/9 at 11:13 am to rondo quote: Well he was playing a team missing it's two best hitting outfielders.. and a team tied for second to last in runs scored.. and a team that's in the top 10 in MLB for strikeouts by batters. In other words, the Nats offense sucks. In his previous start AJ gave up 12 (count em.. TWELVE) runs in 2.2 IP against St. Louis. I don't like that kind of inconsistency. I'd rather a solid pitcher that may give up a few runs every few starts but doesn't get completely blown up a couple times a month. Reply Back to Top Refresh |
