I killed a coon this morning around 3AM. He figured out how to dig into my chicken coop, but somehow forgot the way out when looking at a 20 ga.

I've lost about 30 chickens in the last 2 years to coons, weasels, possums, and neighbor's dogs. I've had enough and have decided to stand my ground.

I would tend to agree that a "war" is indeed in the land already. Can't wait for summer time to get here, as I think things could be eye-opening.
