| It appears the 16 Paulites selected in Mass won't be able to help him unless Romney is denied a first ballot win at the Convention. That must be the primary goal (pun not intended). Will Paul's supporters have a chance to change party rules to unbound the delegates from the Mass primary or do they not have a strong enough majority or are the Mass GOP party rules not permit this? quote: In Texas, .52% (or some hundredth decimal place similar to that) = 1 delegate. In California, delegates are awarded by Congressional District. In total, over 300 delegates are awarded.
