Eta- abita strawberry, pinot noir, and milk respectively.

Fingerling potatoes roasted with olive oil and tossed with herbed salt I made earlier and some lemon zest. Had a couple lamb chops as well that I seared off and made a pan gravy with the drippings.

I love fingerling potatoes. I normally make a garlic rosemary and chile oil that I toss the potatoes in.
