I had a couple of bad experiences at Hardees on a trip to North Carolina. (They seem to be all over the place up there.) Vowed never to return. I've heard good things about Carl's Jr, but if it's the same thing as Hardees, I'll pass.

Hardee's used to have an amazing Peach Shake.

Now the only thing worth eating is the Bacon, Egg, and Cheese Biscuit.

I have a problem. I love the nasty gray roast beef a la Hardees and Arbys. Love it. Especially with Horsy Sauce. It is a source of shame for me. Did not know that Carl's, Jr. does that as well.

BR used to have a Hardee's. RIP Steak Biscuit!
