| The texans will not be drafting a QB in round 2. Reply Back to Top |
| Probably not, but that's how these cards fell. The second round got pretty dicey with my "method" Reply Back to Top |

Notes updated on page 1, about 3 posts down. And relax, fellas, I'm just getting some stuff out there. The second round is pure "formula" right now. I haven't looked at realism yet. It has been duly noted that the Texans will not likely select a QB in round two. So chill with the , ok? Reply Back to Top |
quote:quote: Two sites had him going to the Broncos at 25, so that's what drove me. Average pick: 29.3, median: 28. Looks like decent value to me. Brockers and Poe are gone in this mock, leaving Still (I typed the wrong name earlier...will correct). Think the Broncs would take a defensive lineman over a new weapon for their new QB? Alshon Jefferey's still there too, as is Randle if they really reach. Someone else? Reply Back to Top |
quote: Yea, it's not that I disagree with you putting him going to the Broncos based on what you've read, it's just that he's pretty much an unknown that got a boost from a fast 40 time in the NFL Combine. quote: At this point, I'm not really sure... I'd definitely rather have Alshon Jeffery, Rueben Randle, or Mohamed Sanu over Stephen Hill IF we had to take a wide receiver. It might also be smart for us to trade back to grab one of them early in the 2nd if we just refused to take a player from any other position. I wouldn't mind seeing us snatch Colby Fleener in the 1st. He'd be a good target for Peyton Manning, and we really have no definite option at Tight End. Reply Back to Top |

| you got Cleveland taking running backs with first two picks? lulz Reply Back to Top |
quote: Would you put it past them? Just kidding, nice catch. By the time I got to round 2, I was ready to put it down and didn't even look at who went to whom in Round 1. I'll re-run some of the later picks sometime before draft and try to keep an eye on reality as well as rankings. See if I can get anywhere CLOSE to what actually happens. Al Davis is dead, so things may actually follow form... Go to 4/15/12 update thread... This post was edited on 4/15 at 7:33 pm Reply Back to Top Refresh |
