Nkemdiche would committ to LSU today Posted by david13 Saw this on another board but haven't seen it on here yet so I thought it would be interesting to here your take. A poster from Georgia has a source inside Grayson and posted that if he were to commit today it would be LSU because he likes the idea of playing in a 4-3 more then 3-4. This is suppose to be straight out of RN's mouth but I can't confirm this and I dont know how reliable the Georgia source is but still makes for a good topic Reply Back to Top
I just read the title of the post sorry it looks misleading should have came up with something else Reply Back to Top
Why don't you just edit the title for something a little more speculative. Reply Back to Top
Doesn't matter who he would commit to today, tommorow or May 18. The only thing that matters is who he signs with. I'll be convinced then and only then. Until then, imo, he's going to Bama. I knew we'd make the fight a longer, more difficult one than Bama people would care to admit or acknowledge but in the end, will it matter? We'll see. Reply Back to Top
I'm going to treat this as a guessing game quote: quote: quote: quote: ETA: Seriously, I would love him in Purple & Gold but I am not investing any time thinking he's going anywhere but Bama. This new defensive set preference sounds realistic but if he delays his announcement until an All Star game or later it will reek of Live announcement hype. If he has said he prefers our defensive set and comes to LSU it will put a huge smile on my face. Our scheme truly is better for some players and 3-4 schemes are better for others. | well, with that being said, Bama isn't changing to a 4 3 any time soon, so.....if that's his only caveat, then we are good. but too much can happen between now and february. Reply Back to Top |
Most Bama people aren't worried about LSU or anyone else at this point, his coach, Mickey Conn, has been in Tuscaloosa telling everyone he is committing to Alabama. Reply Back to Top
We just learned that sometimes recruits make their own decisions and go where they want to go. If a player would go against him mom, he would certainly go against a coach. Reply Back to Top

Posted by SoGaFan on 4/8 at 6:22 pm to LaBornNRaised A Georgia guy with pretty good connections and good cred on Georgia boards is saying that LSU, Bama, and UGA are all in with a true shot at RN.Reply Back to Top |

And that player committed to the Alabama coaches this time last year, don't see where it compares at all. Reply Back to Top
I'm not sure where he is going but playing DE in a 4-3 would net him the biggest payday in the NFL. He is athletic enough to stay on the outside. Good luck wherever he chooses. Reply Back to Top
Who gives a shite where this kid goes. We will be fine at Dline anyways. We will fill his spot with another 4 or 5 star player or a 3 star that our coaches know can play. Im not going to attach my hopes to some overrated high school athlete. If he wants to come to LSU, great. If not, go be tigerbait. Good riddance. Reply Back to Top
