| I'm 6'-5". Getting to my goal much faster than I expected. Once I hit the 225 goal, I think I'm going to go for another 15-20 lbs. 4 more hours to the end of my first 24 hour fast. Reply Back to Top |

| What was is that Myth used to say??? Oh yeah.... :blurp: Yesterday- crawfish, cookies, birthday cake and beers aplenty, and then there was the chocolate/sugar explosion that was the Easter Bunny visiting the kids. so, since 4/2 I've gone crazy. Totally gave up on my low carb diet and just ate whatever I wanted without exercising. This was a planned splurge for my anniversary and vacation. Went to the beach and my wife and I had our anniversary yesterday. Here's a list of bad things I've eaten starting 4/2: quote: so, prior to doing this, I weighed 188.0. After this crazy week, I now weigh 188.6. That's right. Some how, in the midst of trying to kill myself with fried food, sweets, and sugary drinks, I've only gained 0.6 lbs. | 272/248/210 24, don't worry about it. I had the same thing happen a week or so ago. Got stuck around 255-256 for a week or so. Then I dropped 6 pds in the next few days. Ate a little more this weekend as a splurge. Still not bad though. Hitting a fast today after Steak and Gravy yesterday. Did have a few beers this weekend for the first time in a month.
