Are LSU/TCU tickets on sale yet?

Stubhub prices are ludicrous.

Have the 25,000 tickets been released yet?

LSU season ticket holders will get all 25,000 of these with their May 31 orders and will be notified by July 1 regarding number of tickets to be received and seating/parking locations.

The general public won't get a chance to buy these, fwiw. Cowboys season ticket holders and the TCU/LSU fanbases will get the majority.

Am I the only one who thinks this is ridiculous? Why should they get first options to a college game. Many could care less about LSU or TCU but will request tickets anyways cause they know they can resale at top dollar.

disclaimer: I'm venting because of how much I had to pay for LSU/Oregon.

Cowboys season ticket holders haven't been offered tickets for this game, I bought LSU/Oregon tickets through Cowboys season tickets the April before. I also emailed the Cowboys ticket office and asked if tickets were going to be offered to season ticket holders and they said after schools allotments were filled. TIFWIW

We orderred our 4 tickets yesterday morning through a Cowboys season ticket holder with a unique code. The number of tickets allowed was the number of Seat Options owned. They emailed this code late Tuesday night.

My buddy emailed the Cowboys today about why he hasn't received a pre sale offer on the LSU game and their response was that there wouldn't be a pre sale to season ticket holders because the schools released very few tickets for that game. Are they selling to the premium seat holders only I guess?

These were Club season ticket holders. Not Founders Club season ticket holders though.

Here is the text from the email.

The 2013 Cowboys Classic will showcase LSU against TCU in a matchup between two programs that won a previous game in the annual Labor Day weekend college football showcase. The LSU and TCU showdown will mark the first meeting between the programs since 1968 and only the ninth overall. LSU holds the series lead at 5 wins, two losses and a tie.

As a Dallas Cowboys Club Seat Holder, you have the opportunity to purchase tickets through this priority sale starting Wednesday, June 19, 2013 at 10am.

With this being such a high-demand game, there is a strict ticket limit. You will only be able to purchase the number of Cowboys Club Seat Options you own.

To purchase tickets, use the unique password and click the link below.

It is all based on what seats you own the rights to. Founder's club pays the most and gets rights to everything even the SB. Club level is the next down and the minimum to get LSU/TCU tickets. If you were paying $3400 per seat per year plus the $10,000+ license fee I'm sure you would expect the right to buy tickets to other games as well.

ETA: I got 10 tickets thru a TCU friend no problem. Could have had any price level too, but we went for $125 section.

Is your TCU friend the TCU Head Coach?
