My wife and I are plotting our move to Nashville.

Whats going on in Memphis area that so big?

I honestly have no idea and I live here.

Collierville and Germantown are growing like crazy, but Memphis seems stale. There are only a few fortune 500 companies here, and to my knowledge, none are expanding faster than normal.

It can't all be medical.

Houston, Dallas, Baton Rouge, and Tampa have seen stronger rates of growth in the numbers of educated people moving into their areas, more so than such cities as New York, Los Angeles, Chicago, and San Francisco.

I find this almost impossible to believe

Reyna is ridiculously overrated and looks like a chimp. Johnson is another bleached blonde with a fake rack and no common sense. Pass on both. Now Melissa Wilson....there's a MILF for the ages.

At what point is too much growth a bad thing for Houston?

Edit: should have looked at the post date

Nashville has lots of jobs as well. Barely any low income areas and we are growing fast.

Hmmm did you have a bad experience in Texas??

Yea, I am reading through the thread thinking "this one again?" and then I saw one of my posts. Blew my mind for a second.

You must have never been to Nashville, and if so you never left Lower Broadway.
