| Kitbag.com just made a lifetime customer For now anyway. Wife ordered me a $75 Barça jacket for Christmas and just got it in. Opened it and one layer of the crest was peeling off. Not a big deal but enough for me to email them about it. Told them I was disappointed in the time it took to get shipped and the crest issue. They said send it back and and they'd send me a new one. I told them I'd rather send it back and have a refund to get something somewhere else. They said they were very sorry and just keep the jacket and they'd refund me anyway and they hoped I would stay as a customer. Within 3 hours the money was back in my account.  Reply • Back to Top |

| Well that's why I said for now. They offered me a brand new item, but the defect really wasn't bad enough to bother with it. So I basically got a free jacket with a minor defect. I'll take that any day of the week. Reply • Back to Top |

| as of my experience with them so far, i'm a lifetime customer, but if I get another defective product, probably not. I guess "lifetime" was not the right word, was just trying to show my satisfaction with what they did. Reply • Back to Top |
