Could someone photoshop the Atlanta mall security cop against an old fashioned GI Joe backdrop.

The banner "true American hero" or add in "you betta back up" would be great touches.

Did you ever figure out how to save the Youtube vids? I have a program on my home computer that will save them to 3GP/avi/mpeg4 etc etc etc then you can bring in just the section(s) you want for the gif. I think it's called FTZ but just Google "youtube downloader" - think you'll like it.

I can download Youtube vids upload to youtube. Works pretty good... And for now Gifsoup is the easiest way for me to work them into gifs.. havent figured out another way.. but i did take a long Vid that GS wouldnt load. Download it then shorten to the area I wanted to take the gif from then upload it back to youtube and then gifsoup takes it quick and easy...

Windows Movie Maker can also trim it down. Not sure if you can trim it with the free version though, but with Pro you can.
