It looks almost exactly like the kit we used to wear for the 2002 qualifying cycle. Before Nike's side 'wings' and before the vertical sash.

Got a reply already!... unfortunately it was "Please forgive me but since we have a game in 15 hours I'll have to put this on the backburner for the next day or so!"

That's a pretty good looking scarf, but I hate the scarf thing in the US. I don't like it in the MLS and I don't like it for the national team. Most of our soccer is played in warm weather times and mostly in warm weather cities. I don't know why I get worked up about it, but it just bugs me. I'll be at a Dynamo game in the summer and I'll see dudes carrying around scarves. It's 100 degrees.

In defense of the scarves it's a much easier option than a flag or a sign at being able to hold something up that supports the team.
