This is what I absolutely need:

Tac Insert- already perma unlock
M27
Black Hat
Trophy system
Engineer (NEED BADLY)

I'm trying to figure out which to unlock and bring with me if I prestige. I can't remember the fricking levels with any of them

You unlock engineer at 14, so I wouldn't perma that one. M27, meh...Out of your needs, I'd unlock the trophy system first, then the black hat.

I took flak jacket on my first prestige...so worth it. And I took the trophy system on my second. And Tactical mask will be on my third.

Cold blooded/Hard wired
Extreme Cond/Tac Mask

I felt like Superman. Rushing in with the shield bash and stuns, flashes, nades...all rolling right off my back. Got my 25 kills with no weapons in 2 game. That was a fun class
