Ruling on Alternate Fuel Credit Posted by dwr353 I have been informed that the state is ruling that those who filed prior to 6-14 will keep their refund, all others will miss out. This is a departmental ruling not a legislative act changing the law. It seems that this can not be legal. Any OT attorneys out there who think a class action suit is possible? ThanksReply Back to Top

I'm not blaming me either. Blame state of Louisiana for having a loophole in that law. I couldn't believe they gave me interest on top the 3k. Reply Back to Top

I'm really not sure, but I know this much, if it wasn't for TD, I would have not gotten that credit. So Reply Back to Top Refresh
