| What just happened in the stock market? Posted by LSURussian  on 12/28 at 9:48 am The DJ was down almost 100 points and within a minute and a half it rallied to being down only 30 points. I'm watching CNBC and the talking heads on there are oblivious to this flash rally. I searched all the business sites and no word from them either. WTF??? | CNBC just said a 'new offer' from Obama was extended this morning to Bohner on the FC although no details were released other than it was a stop-gap, short-term fix to give them more time for a 'permanent' fix. Crap! They've had over 6 months and an election to come up with something!  I wish the cliff law contained a provision that no elected federal official can draw a salary after 1/1/13 until a 'permanent' cliff resolution is passed. Reply • Back to Top |
