Tip: I was trying to get the no weapons and no perks challenge simultaneously. DO NOT DO THIS! It's a grind. They count tacticals as a weapon so no flash, concussion, etc. I would do the no perks challenge first. It's a bitch. The no weapons challenge (25 shield bashes with no weapons) is a breeze. I got it in two games. 17 kills with it in one game. Just do perk greed 1, 2, 3 and I ran lightweight, flak, cold blooded, hard wired, extreme conditioning, tac mask.
