| Best Greek Food in BR Posted by Tmacelroy12 Inspired by my gyro sandwich for lunch, what is your favorite Greek (Mediterranean) place in BR? | Baton Rouge has only ever had, to my knowledge, ONE Greek restaurant. It was Zorbas and it was located in the space now occupied by Louisiana Lagniappe. It was fantastic. There's a lot of middle eastern/lebanese joints there, though. I don't know which one is best. I loved the old original Serops on Gov't as much as I loved the old Zorbas. Reply • Back to Top |

| Cafe Phoenicia is good. If you only want something like Chicken shawarma you need to find a place that deals in volumn. For that the mall's Arzi's is actually probably best for not having dry arse chicken. Reply • Back to Top |
