| Leonard Fournette info requested Posted by Random LSU Hero I was wondering if anyone could provide a brief back story/bio of this guy. And give me your opinion on how LSU stands with him. I don't visit the RB as much as others so if this has been discussed before then 1000 pardons. Thanks! Reply Back to Top |
| He's really good and LSU will probably land him. Reply Back to Top |

| we arent taking a running back in the 2013 class because LF is good enough to be the guy....that should say a lot Reply Back to Top |
| LINK 1. Leonard Fournette, RB, St. Augustine Fournette is quite the specimen. He has a great frame and the speed/quickness combo that makes for a three-level back (he excels at short yardage, can get the 8-yard runs and also can hit a home run). As a receiver he shows soft hands and an ability to run crisp routes for such a big guy. The Purple Knights’ standout is an all-around back that should have a great college career. 2. Cameron Robinson, OL, West Monroe 3. Gerald Willis, DL, Edna Karr 4. Laurence Jones, DB, Neville 5. Devante Noil, WR, Edna Karr 6. Malachi Dupre, WR, John Curtis 7. Jacory Washington, TE, Westlake 8. Trey Quinn, WR, Barbe 9. William Clapp, OL, Brother Martin 10. Kenny Young, LB, John Curtis 11. Rae Juan Marbley, LB, Destrehan 12. Garrett Brumfield, OL, University 13. Cameron Sims, WR, Ouachita 14. Terrence Alexander, DB, John Curtis 15. Davon Godchaux, DL, Plaquemine 16. Quentin Gibson, QB, Shaw 17. Donovan Isom, QB, Destrehan 18. Corey McBride, WR, Dutchtown 19. Sione Palelei, RB, East Ascension 20. Gerrald McDowell, DL, Covington This post was edited on 11/13 at 9:24 am Reply Back to Top |

| His father and Frank Wilson are good friends. It looked like his recruiting battle was going to be Bama vs. LSU but with the emergence of Yeldon and the fact that Bo Scarborough (RB that will be a 5*) committed to the tide I would say we have a 90% chance of keeping him home. When I saw him he looked about 6'1" 230ish and ran like a deer. In my honest opinion I think he's the 2nd coming of Terrell Davis. I pray that he'll commit and his freshman year get around 10 carries a game behind Hill, his sophomore year he takes the reigns completely if Hill goes to the league and his junior year he leads us to the promise land and brings home a certain trophy from NY. | Bama is taking 3 RBs in this class AND as of this point, Scarborough in 2014. He'd be foolish to go there. Reply Back to Top |
| I'm going to start the nickname now that he Fourn-icates the opposing defense. Reply Back to Top |
| Going to be a meltdown of epic proportions if we don't land him. Best recruit out of Louisiana in years IMO. Reply Back to Top |
quote: agreed....will be a bigger meltdown than joe mcknight and landon collins combined. that being said, im very confident we get him Reply Back to Top |
| best recruit in years. maybe, but not by much, think lael, freak, lc,cam robinson, d'haquille williams. he can't be much better than some in that group. Reply Back to Top Refresh |
