The kid didn't do anything wrong. But because the child has two dads this school doesn't think he's good enough to attend.

Where is the Christian love in turning away a THREE YEAR OLD?? So sad that this kid has to be exposed to this kind of bigotry at such an early age.

My main beef about this is that the school RECEIVES FEDERAL FUNDING. Bottom line...if you receive federal funds you really aren't private.

Can the school be sued ? The ACLU sure is pissed.

It says in part: “Same gender couples are inconsistent with scriptural lifestyle and biblical teachings,” and "Home life doesn't reflect the school's belief of what a biblical family lifestyle is.”

The letter also says since the school is private, it is free from "excessive government interference in matters of religion."

The school will receive more than $60,000 in federal tax dollars this school year. That money will be used for educator professional development, according to the state's Public Education Department.

“We don't think agencies that discriminate or use religion to discriminate should be receiving our federal or government funds,” said Peter Simonson with the ACLU.

I wonder if all of divorced and remarried parents of their students is considered consistent with a "scriptural lifestyle" ?

How the hell can two man have a kid? Oh right...they can't LOL. Anyway enough of being an a-hole. If they don't want those kind of people at their school they don't have to, gay people can create their own day care center and send all of their adopted offspring (Yes adopted, no way they could be real, scientific impossibility) there. Black people did it with black schools, black funding, black church. gays should be able to ban together and do the same thing.
