Myself I guess this shite just came out of nowhere. MRI showed slight bulge and the doc says it is probably age related. I am 44 wtf? Reply Back to Top
The good news is that the cervical area usually does a whole lot better than lumbar following surgery. I think I am in the same boat. Reply Back to Top
never use heat. never ever ever. use cold. heat will make the muscles expand causing more pain on the nerve. Reply Back to Top

6 week injury. Pain meds. Motrin and even stronger (Vicodin etc) and muscle relaxers when it gets bad. Look up McKenzie neck therapies. School of PT style I guess. "chin tuck" move was the shite. Look them up. They are all on YouTube. Just keep in mind some are advanced and your neck may not be ready. Especially in the acute phase of injury. Bottom line if a move/position makes pain WORSE, you aren't ready. Move to the next one. Again this is a SIX WEEK injury. Reply Back to Top
I'm guessing a Kaposi's sarcoma metastasis. Reply Back to Top Refresh
