| Similar story happened in LC 1.5 years ago. Some South Americans stowed away on an oil tanker with 7 or so duffel bags of cocaine. When they got to Citgo in LC, they threw the bags overboard and swam across the ship channel. It was the middle of winter and 30 something degrees outside. They were supposed to have someone pick them up by boat on Rabbit Island (the Island under I-210), but the pick up never showed.
