| re: Should the Bulls tank? So they're lucky that they didn't skip steps and stayed in a position to draft high? That sounds like a smart GM at work. And only Durant was considered a no-brainer. Getting the best available two years in a row in Westbrook and Harden when those guys weren't the consensus picks is pretty damn good, not lucky.
