Dont listen to anyone who tells you that iced coffee is hot brewed.

Iced coffee (good kind) is cold brewed.

Do this the night before.

1 - 1:7 ratio of course ground coffee to water
2 - put it in a pitcher and let sit in the fridge overnight
3 - the next morning pour it thru a strainer to filter out the larger grains, then pour thru a coffee filter.

Pour over ice and enjoy. Some people will add milk and a simple syrup (dissoved sugar) as well. I like it black

Be careful it packs a helluva punch. Iced coffee is better cold brewed because it allows the natural oils to come out from the beans. It also doesnt burn/scald the coffee.

A pitcher full will last you a week.
