thanks for the link Reply Back to Top
holy cow is he skilled ! Finishes everything around the rim and can shoot the 3. Looks every but as good as Anthony Davis from Kentucky. Reminds me of a taller version of Tyrus Thomas. If we get him and Martin or Bridgewater or Randle watch out ! Reply Back to Top
Moved into the Scout 100 today. Was unranked, now 4-star. Reply Back to Top

One Of the young men in my National Guard unit speaks very highly of Damian as an individual. Their families attend church together and his son who plays basketball in middle school really looks up to Damian. Sounds like a great young man that will do well. Up until Last month He didn't think Damian had LSU high on his list. Can't wait to talk to him this weekend to see what if anything Damian has said about the changes at LSU Reply Back to Top
I had no idea he played with them, that's one of the best AAU teams in the country with Matt jones(duke) and Julius Randle(5 star). Reply Back to Top
Very impressive video. And unlike a lot of kids in high school that look 30, he still looks like a teenager that is still developing. Certainly bodes well for his future. Reply Back to Top
Talked to a kid who plays on Titans a few weeks ago and he said they have been blown away by Damian. They couldn't believe he was a virtual unknown on national scene. Said the kid is the real deal and they all expected he would explode on the national scene soon. As an aside, he also said Johnny Jones is well liked on the AAU scene as well as DFW area. Posted by Tweezy on 5/17 at 11:14 pm to GeorgeTheGreek Maybe it's the smaller number of recruits, but I've been absolutely glued to the basketball recruiting threads the last few months. Can't say I've read a football recruiting bit in a LONG time. Reply Back to Top
Seen him play 3 or 4 times and I've been impressed every time. Tyrus Thomas is the first comparison that popped into my mind when seeing him with his shot blocking and dunking, but I had no idea he was as skilled as he appears to be in this video. I didn't see him hitting those jumpers in the games I watched. Either he didn't need to show them on those games or that's something he's really started to develop this off-season. Really good player. LSU needs him. I don't think this video does justice for how truly athletic he is. Reply Back to Top

Johnny was talking about signing 4 next year; hopefully two of those are right in town with Jones and Martin. Would be a phenomenal class right there. Reply Back to Top
Since Martin, Jones and Bridgewater are all PF, might be tough to get them all. Would rather Jones and Martin. Jones can also play 5, Martin can also play 3. Reply Back to Top

Scout has him listed as a F/C and rivals has him as a C. They both list him as 6'9". He looks like he has a lot of room to grow, but right now he looks too small to play the 5 consistently in the SEC. Didn't see him do much besides dunk and block shoots in the highlight. Anyone seen him pass or shoot? Looks like a big time prospect and I hope we get keep him in town. Do work Jones!!! Reply Back to Top Refresh
