quote: Northern Brewer had a special a while back, when i first started brewing (a little over a year ago) on Surly recipe kits. Apparently they were Surly approved. Reply Back to Top |
quote: Interesting. I haven't had a beer of their's i didn't like. They even serve Surly at Target Field for Twins games. Man I'd be wasted every game i went to if i could have that option. Reply Back to Top |

| Does no one like Abita Jockamo? I find that it is a nice IPA and locally brewed to boot. Plus with the new cans you can have a canned IPA from Louisiana while sitting in the pool. I mainly stick to Pale Ales, IPAs and wheats. quote: No. Jockamo is terrible imo. Reply Back to Top |
quote: I'm with you. I'm terrible when it comes to these lists and such. Plus depending on the day of the year and location/time/barometric pressure/lunar cycle has an effect on what beer I'm feeling most. Reply Back to Top |

| LSUBoo What was not clear? I have Jockamo up in IPAs. I may give it too much credit just because it is brewed in LA but i'd rather give money to a local brewery if the beer isn't far off and Jockamo is a good IPA IMHO. Reply Back to Top |
quote: Your name is almost the exact same as rutiger, who hates Jockamo and wheat beers. Reply Back to Top |
quote: I hate jockamo, personally. If your reasoning is cans, you can get sierra nevada pale ale and torpedo in cans now. Reply Back to Top |
| That's not the only reason I like Jockamo. I think it has a good taste. To each his own I guess. I like the fact that I can get it in a can also though. I doubt Sierra Nevada is in cans up in NWLA. I'll look though. Reply Back to Top |
