 Pandering bull shite to pacify the few awake Americans who acknowledge that government deficit spending is bad and ultimately will break this country. Most R's and D's just want their free shit, and they do understand that they will never vote for anyone who talks about fiscal discipline, IE a politician that promised that the government would spend no more than it taxed.
