quote: Cantona's goal was awesome b/c he started the play. Also he has SWAG for days and the celebration was pretty cool. The finish immaculate. Rooney's goal was imo more technically difficult and you prob won't see another goal like that. Especially against a rival, and i think it may have been the game winner? I'm not sure about that one though. Reply Back to Top |

| I think the overhead bicycles have too much of an element of luck to them, whereas Cantona's type of goal has nearly every element, skill, speed, technique, power, toughness staying up, swag.. but it's personal preference really. My only real argument is if Cantona's was scored last year and Rooney's 13 years ago or whatever it was, they would probably be reversed in voting order. Most of the top 5 goals are valid picks for #1, its no mistake they seem to go in reverse chronological order at that point though. Reply Back to Top |
if there has ever been a bicycle that wasn't "lucky" it was that one. absolutely clinical. quote: good point. Reply Back to Top |
| It's a good thing I wasn't deciding who to root for when Cantona was playing.. might have ended up a dirty United fan. (Just watched some highlights) Reply Back to Top |
| Oh and you missed one Arsena's Invincibles voted best team Reply Back to Top |
| I think not having Frank Lampard on there is criminal. While I respect Stevie G very much to me the Lamps exclusion is SMH worthy. Frank is the all time leading mid fielder goal scorer in EPL history. He has three league titles and two silver Balon D'Or awards. Again not hating on Stevie G just more aggrieved Lamps in not on there. Reply Back to Top |
| I've always liked Steve G on my team more than Frank. Reply Back to Top |
| I am partial to Henry's goal but honestly Cisse's goal last week may have taken the cake. Reply Back to Top |
