No permits posted or anything. I do know they started some mechanical work in the space many months ago but apparently have abandoned it. Unless someone here knows differently. | I guess no one has any new information on it. It doesn't really matter to me but I just hate to see empty retail space or any real estate for that matter. This is why I don't care about Applebees in Perkins Rowe. I will never go there myself but it beats the hell out of an empty building for the next few years. | It was supposed to go behind that yogurt place with the storefront facing the parking lot. Opposite side of the Apple store. No action but they spent a good bit on money on mechanical work. I took a tour of it several months ago. Nothing has happened since them. Reply • Back to Top |
