| Many cheeses are good both hard and soft. Ricotta with figs and walnuts, around here a good creole cream cheese with a bit of good honey, a good warm Brie spread on toast, hard sharp cheddar, asiago a good gruyere, even a smoked Gouda with melons and thin prosciutto.
