| What's the Bare Minimum of Acceptable Fitness? Ok so we're not talking about minimum OT/Olympic standards. I'm talking about what are some things you think every male should be able to do or they are unfit. -1 pullup -15 legit pushups -Sub 9 minute mile -Squat 75% of your weight Thoughts on these or others? | I'm not going to lie. I sure as hell couldn't do all of those. I can probably only do the pushups. But, I am remedying that. I just started Crossfit a couple of weeks ago, and I have no doubt in about 3 months I'll be able to do most if not all of those. Reply Back to Top |

| Even when I am totally out of shape I could do 40 straight pushups or situps...that stays easy no matter what. Pull-ups on the other hand get really hard if I haven't been lifting. Maybe it's because I'm 6'5 with monkey length arms...IDK. Reply Back to Top |
