| I heard C. Matthews lamenting the fact that it will be big monied Superpacs who go all into Swift Boat mode right before the election, that will maul Obama with everything including the kitchen sink. Posted by redandright on 5/2 at 7:58 pm to BrerTiger Gonna have to disagree with you on that one. This is not a GOP ad, this is put out by Veterans, just like the ones who did the Swift Boat Part I. Those guys actually had to provide back up while Kerry courageously took on that paper cut hit. The reason it worked is because it struck people as honest, coming from people who knew Kerry. I think this ad will work because it's from VETS. And the only silver lining out of the McCain campaign is that because he didn't go after Obama in 08, he has credibility when he says that heroes don't brag. Reply • Back to Top |
