Whether or not he considered it a duck or a bird, it is a migatory waterfowl subject to federal and state hunting regulations. Using his logic, we can shoot all of the puldeaux that we want because they are not ducks. This is a total disregard for the law and he got caught.  What a POS!!! Reply • Back to Top |
