You are a frickING LIAR.

I posted a quote by the pastor that contradicts your comment.

quote:

Lively was disappointed the legislation “is so harsh.” He advocates for remedies focused on rehabilitation, not punishment.
Lively called the accusations against him “absurd.” “Implying that my speech and writings about homosexuality overpowered the intelligence and independence of the entire government and population of Uganda, bending them to my supposedly nefarious will is a breathtakingly insulting and racist premise.”

Ok. I take it back.

BUT I dont believe his humble claim that he has no influence.

This has been going on for years, you know.

You are demanding I accept his current statements as the be all.

I know he has talked about this for years. I am too into the NFL draft to bother to look into it now, so I must defer to your quoted bit for now.

if so, your American minister was endangering lives. International court is the appropriate venue.

Your Messiah endangers lives with drone strikes. He also endangered the health, and most likely the lives, of people in the Gulf by giving waivers to spray Corexit (a highly toxic and pitifully ineffective dispersant) on the oil spill.

Do you believe He should be tried in an international court?

He is directly involved with the Kill the Gays Bill in Uganda.

The Ugandans were talked by him and others like him, into writing a bill to make it a hanging offense to be a homo while holding a job as authority or while being a parent. the law is being held up by international furor. The pastor is continuing to press for the bill to become law.

So it is not a current law and he does not get to vote on said proposed law. Your point would be? Oh, you don't have one yet again.

I believe in the philosophy of "I may despise what you say but I'll fight with you so you have that right of speech." Sadly these lawyers don't.

The first amendment states that you cannot be imprisoned for speaking out against the government or church or etc.

It does not protect you from being sued.

So, you hold him responsible for what other people did because people died.
Then gay porn (or all porn for that matter) as well as gay sex clubs, etc. should be stopped as well because of how they influence people to encourage them to do things that cause them to get STD's such as AIDS.

Toddy, you need to think about what you are doing because your desire to always blame others will come back and frick you in the ass.

They find his speech objectionable and the cause of gays being killed. Many people find the gay lifestyle to be objectionable and that it leads to people dying as well. So then all gay sex clubs can be sued too as well as bars and porn producers.

Sure. Doesn't mean you'll win. But you can sue.

I don't support that either. I don't support suing people for something they didn't do but you "feel" they "influenced" someone to do.

Gays calling out for their "rights" while at the same time calling for others "rights" to be diminished or removed are against freedom and liberty. They are calling for a tyrranny and are bullies using government and courts in a most insidious, despicable of ways.

Should Ogump and Holder be tried in international court for Fast and Furious, or sued by this same group? How many Mexicans died as a result? HUMAN RIGHTS VIOLATORS!

I would like for you to explain how a person has the effect of controlling the minds and actions of people half way around the world from his pulpit? For someone that says that there is no agenda, you are mighty fast to want to try a preacher speaking his mind.

You do realize that it the bill in question doesn't round up gays and kill them just for the "crime" of being gay right?

If you had bothered to read the actual legislation, which I linked to page 1, instead of believing the hype and bull shite spin put out by LGBT groups then you would see that it has to do with capital punishment for purposely infecting another person with AIDs, incest, committing a homosexual act with a minor, using your position of authority to force someone below you to engage in homosexual acts (aka rape) and other types of rape.

But continue your fearmongering without being educated. It makes you look really smart.

ETA: Actual text from the bill
quote:

(1) A person commits the offense of aggravated homosexuality where the

(a) person against whom the offence is committed is below the age of 18 years;

(b) offender is a person living with HIV;

(c) offender is a parent or guardian of the person against whom the offence is committed;

(d) offender is a person in authority over the person against whom the offence is committed;

(e) victim of the offence is a person with disability;

(f) offender is a serial offender, or

(g) offender applies, administers or causes to be used by any man or woman any drug, matter or thing with intent to stupefy overpower him or her so as to there by enable any person to have unlawful carnal connection with any person of the same sex,

(2) A person who commits the offence of aggravated homosexuality shall be liable on conviction to suffer death.

(3) Where a person is charged with the offence under this section, that person shall undergo a medical examination to ascertain his or her HIV status.

Agree. If we did that here, Bryant Denny Stadium would be empty on gameday.

It wouldn't have needed "clearing up" if you would have read it first before spouting off a bunch of nonsense.
