| fluorocarbon to braid knots I use a double uni knot but it will sometimes get caught on the eye when casting. I'm exploring options and seeing what everyone else uses. Suggestions? Reply • Back to Top |

| I use an albright knot. For smaller diameter lines and leader it seems to cast fine. For larger diameter lines, try the slim beauty. It's supposed to be pretty compact. LINK Reply • Back to Top |

| What gets caught when you cast? Is it the tag end of the fluoro sticking out catching on the eyes? If so, you may have the same problem with the albright. Get it cinched down tight and trim the tag end of the fluoro down as much as possible so it doesn't stick out and catch the eye. Reply • Back to Top |
