Is that boat steam powered? I just looked at an article that said work was done to the steam plant, yet the same article mentioned that she has z-drives. What is the propulsion setup?

YES! Nordberg engines. Salvaged from the COE drudge Kennedy. A steam powered vessel is beautiful. The Z's help in maneuvering and while under way. A foot was added to the main and monkey rudders. She handles much better than in the past.
