After sitting in a conference room, watching people chow down for an hour, I semi-snapped.

I grabbed one sausage and one cheeseburger slice and tossed the bread. Grabbed some salad too.

Calories for the day are fine but that meat is SUPER SALTY.

My only hope for the weigh-in tomorrow is some severe stationary bike punishment.

Senna Tea?

Certainly isn't a diet friendly environment.

I might have to just take a vacation day next Wednesday because I am not sure I can pass on the Seafood Feast if I am at work.

I haven't posted in here in about a year. I gained weight the second half of last year and almost got to 180 I started the atkins diet jan 2 (so far one of the only new years resolutions ive ever kept) and have been doing pretty good. as always, it was tough getting started. now, not eating carbs has become second nature. I don't even think about it. hardest part is when I get invited out to eat, which is at least every other week. I have managed though.

seriously I've been really, really good. 1700 cals or less per day, consistent workouts. No reason to see a jump like that other than the workout.
