| re: PuttaDaForkDown 272/242?/225 Don't even want to test the scale. Spent Fri and Sat drinking an insane amount of beer. Then capped of Sat with pizza at 3am washed down by beer. Then was too hungover to workout yesterday. Oh well, first really bad cheat I've had since I started. So back in the saddle this week. Also learned that I lost 30 pds and forgot how to hit a golf ball. Guess I'm not used to swinging a club with hitting my belly. Reply Back to Top |
| FML. Cinco de mayo killed me. Gained almost everything back just from beer and mexican food. 196/195.8/170 Time for a fast today and back on the grind. Reply Back to Top |

| 279.8/242.6/170 Bounce back up. Happens after every weekend (from drinking and salt). Usually back down to last week's weight by Wednesday or Thursday and post a loss on Friday. I hope that pans out this week - I am dying to get back to my low!! Reply Back to Top |

quote: My problem exactly. Except I don't really consider it a problem. I lost 46 lbs initially (9/10-9/11). Yes, it took me a year, but I wasn't miserable. I still did fun stuff pretty much every weekend. I figure I need to watch what I eat for life, so if it takes me awhile to get down to goal, who cares. Reply Back to Top |
| I am down to 101. I stopped drinking completely and I am doing gymnastics again, at 31 years old. I am in better shape than when I was 16. Giving up booze made me drop an almost instant 20 lbs. And smaller portions. It was hard breaking "the "clean your plate" mentality my parents instilled in me Reply Back to Top |
quote: Same here. I am down about 65 lbs since July and want to lose about 30 more. I generally plan on and try to eat good each weekend, but if a good time or good meal presents itself, so be it. I am the lightest I have been in 10 yrs and feel great. I am gonna keep on plugging away til I lose it all though. Reply Back to Top |
