How is Donte Jackson on there and Tolliver not?

Probably because Jackson played all last season while Tolliver had a sophomore slump. Don't worry too much. I fully expect KT to bounce back and be on numerous lists by seasons end. He has true "lockdown" skills. Just needs to get back to the basics and he'll be fine.
