LSU head coach Ed Orgeron announced Sunday night that starting outside linebacker Arden Key had shoulder surgery and will be re-joining the team on Monday. Per LSUSports.net:
quote:

“Arden had shoulder surgery and everything went as planned,” Orgeron said. “We are looking forward to having Arden rejoin the team tomorrow (Monday).”

Key, who enters his third season as a starter for the Tigers in 2017, earned first team All-SEC honors last year when he set the LSU single-season record for sacks with 12. In 23 career games, Key has registered 97 tackles, 21.0 tackles for loss and 17.0 sacks.
Key recently took a leave of absence from the team and missed all of spring practice.

Lol. "IT'S DRUGZ," "IT'S GRADEZ," "IT'S INTERNAL CONFLICTZ." No, it was just surgery, from which he is returning fine. Glad he's back, yippee!

surely you're not that stupid. Yes, he had surgery, but that's not why he was gone. It helps deflect, but surgery wasn't the reason. When's the last time you heard of a player leaving for a few months, missing spring practice, with zero explanation given, and then when he does come back, they say he had surgery. Don't be so gullible.

Who cares? As long as he is ready to go in September. Les never let us know anything about the team. We should be used to it. I don't need to know what goes on in the players lives. I just need them to kick some arse on the field!

And you need to not feel the need to give the standard company line post on every article posted!

maybe it's not our business, but Key is one of the best players on an elite football team, and will likely go top 5 in the next NFL draft. He left under very odd circumstances. True - Key doesn't "owe" me anything, but fans pay for his scholarship, his coaches, his facilities, etc. Fans will pay his stratospheric signing bonus next year. It's fair for fans to want to know why he was gone. I guarantee NFL teams will want to know.

Story is weird and very seclusive for some reason maybe we will know one day. As long as the man suits up and goes to classes stays off drugs as some has said may be the issue. Tiger up.
