LSU coach Les Miles was asked about Brandon Harris' reaction to the rain delay on Saturday which would of been the sophomore second start during his career at LSU. Here is what he had to say, according to LSUSports.net:
quote:

COACH MILES: I was miserable for him. He was one of the guys who didn't take his shoulder pads off the whole time. He just really wanted to play. You could see the disappointment in his face.

"Obviously, I was gone Monday, but he's going to play, and he's going to play well. He just needs to relax and look forward to playing with a very talented team."
Here is some what Harris had to say during interviews on Tuesday:

I have never ever prayed for sporting events since there really are more important things in life but I will throw in a prayer that Brandon will do well for the whole season and bring LSU to another NCAAF Championship! A competent QB is all we need to take LSU back to the undisputed NCAAF throne.

"#LSU QB Brandon Harris says he's never seen someone as fast as Donte' Jackson in his life. Probably not gonna ever overthrow him deep."

Implying that Jackson will be playing more offense and going deep as a receiver. IN!!!
