LSU running back Leonard Fournette sent out a Tweet Wednesday night to apologize for the video that surfaced on TMZ of him horsing around with teammate Garrett Brumfield, which was inaccurately described by the website as a "street fight."

TMZ and the rest of trash media (including 24 hour so called "news channels") are the driving force behind the pussification of man.

What the he'll is wrong with this country? Team mates bonding and having fun and Media sensationalizing yet again a "non-Story". Pathetic

I was joking guys. Was lampooning the old geezers who want Miles to ban college kids from having any fun so they can be entertained by 20 yr olds playing for their entertainment for free. Love the kid and it's silly he had to "apologize".

Plain and simple - You don't do this if you're the face of a magazine and a University football team. Regardless of playful or not. Glad nobody was hurt and hopefully Miles and company can run some of this extra "energy" out of them today.

Sad. Pathetic that this young man would feel the need to jeopardize his career like this. This is a crucial year for the program, and Miles needs leaders to step up, not guys trying to act a fool with their homeys or whatever. And I better not hear about them horsing around at Sports or whatever bar during the fall. Man up and show some maturity!

There kids stupid! He is in college. This is the time to have fun. TMZ is nothing more than a gossip magazine that has a TV show. There's nothing wrong with friends being friends. He should enjoy himself and have fun with friends. Considering everything he has done for this program and this STATE, he earned the right to do so!

Man, I wonder what some of these idiots who thought this was a serious fight were thinking or where they grew up? I grew up doing much more than that in just horseplay. I am in my 50s and white so this isn't a "hood" thing as Marcus Spears said. Some of these writers must have been supreme nerds growing up. Gee whiz.

Their idiots trying to make a good person look bad. Negativity sells, and losers like TMZ seek to cash in. Even if they have to falsify the truth a little. I willing to bet that they knew it was horseplay before they ran with it and just tried to spin it into negativity. They're good for that.

"Their idiots trying to...." Oh, the irony.
