Former LSU RB Stevan Ridley Signs With New NFL Team

Former LSU running back Stevan Ridley has signed a one-year deal with the Denver Broncos. Per ESPN:
The Natchez, Miss, native entered the 2011 NFL Draft after his junior year and was selected by the New England Patriots with 73rd overall pick in the 3rd round.
quote:Ridley played at LSU from 2007-2010. His first year as a full-time starter for the Tigers came during his junior season where he rushed for 1,147 yards and 15 touchdowns.
Ridley, 28, played one game for the Atlanta Falcons last season; he had only three carries. His best season was 2012 when he rushed for 1,263 yards and 12 touchdowns for the New England Patriots.
"I'm very thankful to have another shot,'' the seventh-year pro said.
