Same people who talked crazy about Mathieu when he was dismissed are the same ones kissing his arse now. It makes them miserable to know that JJ is the winningest qb in LSU history and the last LSU qb to be Alabama. I the moto was once a tiger always a tiger.......that is bs.

The last time we beat bama we scored 9 points. That's hardly a credit to Jefferson. He was decent at best and rode great defenses to earn those wins. Let's pump the brakes, shall we?

Man people are talking so terrible about JJ and I honestly don't see why? His lack of success as a quarterback was because of Les Miles. Les Miles can't even get hired at a non power school now because he failed to adapt and be innovative at LSU. Don't knock JJ, hell what he learns at Houston could be beneficial down the road for LSU

you honestly want to know why ppl talk bad bout jj? ok here a few reasons. he was horrible as a starting and second string qb, he would get in fights,he and his buddiesbeat up some ppl, he got tm7 kicked off for doing weed, he lied bout houston offering him a job on houston football staff. that is problem, shows red flags all over. i would not want that person on my staff if i was a coach or head of a university. do you now understand? if you do not get it then reach out to mr jefferson yourself and offer him a job in where ever you are working to see for yourself

Will he be helping in the kicking game?

Applewhite runs circles around JJ QBing. Perhaps he's gonna have JJ teach the short side option or help WRs run routes or Safetys stop them.

Applewhite wants in on Louisiana recruiting. That's why he hired Jordan Jefferson. Get to the river parishes he told him.

Good Luck JJ!!

Will he be the official weed coach on staff? The ruckus he made was the reason the cops were called to the apartment that got Mathieu the final boot.

Houston is going to curbstomp teams next season.

Y'all are some miserable people. Good luck JJ and take advantage of this opportunity

Not miserable. Serious question as to where he fits in? Applewhite is 100x the better QB than JJ

I wasn't a fan of his QB play, but he's a tiger, and I wish him well. Good luck JJ.

Good for him.

Best of luck, JJ...glad to see you furthering your education and hope you become a Great coach...

Some of our fans are truly miserable dick bags. JJ played as well as he could play for LSU. Be happy for the guy.

I'm happy for him. His performance on the field does not refleck his ability to coach. Name some successful coaches that were also great players. I wish him well. We all did dumb things in our late teens/twenties, just not many people talked about us. I hope he does well, as I have nothing against the guy.

OH I did not mean to write "refleck"; smh
