Coach John Chavis Among Top College Coordinators

There isn't a DC in the Nation that has a resume' that remotely touches the Chief's. As for Smart, he can't come close to the Chief's level of consistency over nearly two decades.

LSU's staff develops their players faster which means that the team has to start many more freshmen than almost every other school and they still d up being dominant.

No DC can match the Chief's resume period but what ticks me off is that the Chief proved himself without doubt after losing more players than any other team that I can think of in history. So instead of recognizing him, they put him under three unworthy DC's who never could have gotten LSU's defense last year into the top 20.

A. Cam Cameron had a top 10 offense in the NFL for a decade
B. He just helped, what seemed to be, an inept passing game turn around in one year

I'd think he'd be considered a top coordinator in the college ranks...proof will be in the pudding soon!

That list is bullcrap with Kirby Smart being #1 everyone knows Saban does the defense! Not having Cam Camron on there is bull too!

@tiger 11, I don't understand how Pruitt, who has coached one defense loaded with five stars and high four stars, (who was already a top tier defense anyway) is in the top 10, but Cam who has dominated the NFL ranks and turned a 5 year stagnant LSU offense around, isn't even mentioned. I've seen it on several coordinators' lists recently.

I mean you go from high school, to secondary coach, to DC for one year on a team loaded with talent and experience and already really good. How is that better than dominating the NFL for a decade, then turning around a yearly giant shite show of an offense in year one with one of the highest yard per play averages in the country?

The logic is immensely stupid to me.
