Andrew Lopez with NOLA.com recently caught up with talented five-star offensive tackle Willie Allen from John Curtis in New Orleans, LA to discuss his senior year and his upcoming college visits, which includes a trip to LSU.
quote:

"I'm just focusing on this year," Allen said. "This is my last ride. You can't be a high school student again. I'm putting my team first and grinding every day. There are people doubting us. People always have things to say. We're just proving that wrong."

Allen did acknowledge following the Battle on the Border in Shreveport that he planned on taking some visits following the season and named four schools that he knew for sure would get a visit.

"I know I'm taking one to Auburn, Georgia, LSU and Ole Miss but I don't know who else yet," Allen said.
Allen is rated the No. 2 offensive tackle prospect in the country and the No. 1 overall player from the state of Louisiana, according to ESPN.
